Monster Energy Drinks – Is Logo A Reference to Satan and Witchcraft? – We Ride Motorsports

Some people have started to link the Monster Energy Drink logo to witchcraft, devil worship, the anti-christ and overall pure evil.

They have stated that the three scratch or hash marks in the Monster Energy logo represent the number 6 in the Hebrew language written three times – in other words, the number “666” that book of Revelation in the Bible states is the mark of the beast.  Interestingly, the catch phrase for the energy drink is “Unleash the Beast”.

Monster Energy logos – like the logos of Red Bull, Rockstar, Amp, NOS, Full Throttle and many other energy drinks – are replete throughout AMA, MotoGP, British Superbike, World Superbike, motocross, super-cross and most other motorcycle paddocks.  The energy drink company sponsors Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo,  Josh Hayes, Cameron Beaubier, James Stewart, Ryan Villopoto, Ryan Dungey, Justin Barcia, and others.  It will be interesting to see how this recent new publicity will affect Monster’s future marketing plans and motorsports advertising in general.

We’ll let you decide on the logo’s meaning.

Macau GP 2014 – Motorcycle Racing – Full Race – We Ride Motorsports

Enjoy the complete full race – 2014 Macau GP – with full coverage and commentary from the British Motorcycle Racing commentators.

Special thanks to Matthew Bayliss for providing the youtube upload as recorded from the world feed.

This race is similar in many ways to the more widely known Isle of Man or TT or Tourist Trophy racing.

These bikes are running “balls out” through the streets of Macau, the city known as the bigger and better Las Vegas of Asia.

If you miss your reference points and crash during this race, there’s very little run off and the result could be disastrous here.

Hang on tight . . . this is some great motorcycle racing!
